    Morning Announcements

    Congratulations to the girls tennis team, they are District champs.


    Good luck to the softball team they start their district playoffs today.

    Good luck to the Track team at their regional meet this Wednesday (4/16) at Bolles HS in Jacksonville.

    High school juniors and seniors are needed to host a career fair participant on the morning of Tues 4/22 from 8:30-11:30. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting, escorting, staying with the participants, running errands and other responsibilities as needed.See Mrs. Otero in the guidance office by Thurs. 4/17. You will earn 3 community service hours.

    "It's prom time again. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets are $35 each and can be purchased any time at the business office. Don't miss out on this "enchanted" event.

    Key club meets today (4/15) during HS lunch in Ms. Andrews room (O-362)

    Health Science Club is cancelled for today (Tuesday). We will continue next week.

    Help the Parent Teacher Organization decide on their next t-shirt design! The final designs are posted in the glass case outside the front office and also on posters around the Middle/High school wings. Please vote on this morning (4/15) in your home room. Home room teachers please send them to the front office ASAP.

    Students interested in taking driver’s ed this summer should stop by the guidance office to pick up an application today (4/14) or tomorrow (4.15).The applications should be returned to the traffic safety center as soon as possible to be sure to get a spot in the class.You must be 15 by June 7th in order to enroll in summer driver’s ed.

    April is National Poetry Month. Please come to the library to see selected poetry books in display. Our featured Author of the month is Emily Dickinson.

    Santa Fe Community college will be hosting “Senior Night 2008” on Wednesday 4/16/08 from 6 to 8 pm. High school seniors and their families are invited to SFCC for an evening of tours, interest sessions an program information.

    Students remember to take care of all overdue books and fines in the Library.

    Tickets are for sale for “42nd Street” $10.00 students and $15.00 for adults.The box office is open everyday. 1:30-3:30.
